Check in / Check out Check in: 3PM Check out: 12PM Photo ID/Credit Card required. Debit cards will be treated as cash on check in. Guests that check in w/debit cards will require at least $500.00 on their card or a cash deposit of $500.00. Cancellation Policy You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with no penalty. Reservations not cancelled before the 48-hour period will be charged for a one night stay. Early check out fee of $50.00 will apply for guests who do not alert the front desk 24 hours prior to intended early check out or for guests with immediate check in/check out. Early check out is defined as any guests who is in house and checks out earlier than the reserved check out date. Number of Guests $15 extra per person charge on all rooms with double beds over two guests. Smoking Policy We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $500.00 cleaning fee will apply to guests who smoke in our lovely guest rooms. Reservations and Rates Listed rates do not include San Francisco Hotel tax of 14.05%.
